Hackney	"Excalibur", 1997 BreyerFest Surprise Special, only 200 pcs made! Shaded black/dark grey, 4 white sox, large star, red ties in mane braids. An extremely difficult model to obtain even when released as you had to stand in line hours in advance, & a mix-up occurred - each person was allowed to purchase up to 6 of these, which meant they sold out fast. This was the only one left by the time we reached the counter, the lady in front of us (who requested 6) decided she could do without her last one since he had a rub, so we had the chance to buy the VERY LAST ONE. We felt lucky to get him at all, so we bought him (I've since spent a lot on a mint one to live show). This guy is special in that he is proof that Breyer did indeed use "Giltedge" models for at least some of these (some representatives tried to deny it) - the gold shows where the black/grey paint flaked. A GREAT collectible as is, or if the buyer would rather have the model restored, I suggest consulting one of several good restoration experts (if time permits, I could restore him if buyer wishes)... Legionario III	"Grane of Götterdämmerung", 1999 Equitana USA exclusive, limited to 2000 pcs. Beautiful dappled metallic silver decorator color, with detailed eyes - tri-colored, plus the right one has a dot of red to signify the reflection of flames (this model represents the horse from Richard Wagner's Opera: The Ring of the Nibelung). This particular model has wonderful color/dappling & his eyes were exceptionally done! Comes with certificate that also gives a bit of info on the tale. Ideal Stock Horse	"Bingo" 2001 Tour Model, RARE long tail variation! Only 48 were offered exclusively to attendees of a live show in Ohio! Directly per Mr. Stone, 50 were produced but he kept one himself as he loves this guy, & the artist kept one as well. He is a lovely "rose grey" (I call him grullo myself) spotted blanket Appaloosa stallion. Mapped spots & blanket, low white sox on front legs, stocking & sock on rear legs, blaze, dorsal stripe & legbarring, airbrushed & handpainted hoof-striping, handpainted eyewhites & chestnuts, two types of dappling techniques. Topped off with lovely shading & glossy finish. This one was handpicked, & carefully signed & dated by Peter Stone at the event. He's GORGEOUS, don't let him slip away!
