This is a "Kitten Chow" resin (sculpted by Candace Liddy), a Stablemate scale Zebra colt. Seams and mold further sanded, cleaned, and prepped. Inner ear hair, frogs, and nostrils redefined, anus sculpted. He was airbrushed a slight off-white, his dark brown (near black) Plains Zebra stripes/patterns/markings were applied by hand. His muzzle is dark grey/black with brown shading above on the nasal bone area.  He has dark grey hooves, and grey shaded genitalia, inner ears, and tail. His soles are greyish-tan, front chestnuts (no rears) are brownish-grey. Eyes are detailed with brown iris rimmed in dark brown/black, and black pupil. Finished with clearcoat protection, matte finish, semi-glossed inner nostrils, and high-glossed eyes. Custom ordered and owned by Jessica H. of Oregon. Click image below to see more of this cutie!

This is a rare "Cat Food" resin (sculpted by Candace Liddy), a Stablemate scale zebra mare. I sanded, cleaned, and prepped the model. Details redefined and added; anus, vulva, and udder sculpted. I airbrushed her a creamy off-white base with tan topline. Her zebra stripes/patterns/markings were carefully applied by hand. She has a dark grey/black muzzle, shaded genitalia and tail-tuft. Her  hooves are dark grey with light soles, dark front chestnuts. I painted her eyes with careful details. She is protected with clearcoat, has a matte finish, semi-glossed inner nostrils, and high-glossed eyes. Proudly owned by Rachel S. (was D.), who custom ordered her as the mother to her "Kitten Chow" I painted as a Quagga in 2000. Please click image below to see more.

This is the Breyer Traditional scale "Five Gaiter" mold.  Seams and Breyer mark sanded, mold prepped. All frogs/clefts/bars and heels of hooves carved, ears carved, jowl and muzzle carved, whisker bumps added, mane ribbon tassel sculpted, chestnuts added/reworked, stallion anatomy resculpted, anus added, tail slightly moved, legs slightly repositioned to allow small clear peg to be placed under left rear hoof (appears that only 2 hooves are on the ground). I airbrushed him to a reverse dappled Gold Champagne - shaded metallic golden palomino with pearly cream and white mane and tail. He has pink tint in appropriate areas (groin, inner ears, muzzle, around eyes, heels, back of pasterns).  He sports white socks on the front and left rear legs, with natural/shell mix hooves. His other hoof is a brown mix. All hooves have lighter perioples. Chestnuts and soles are greyish tan. I painted his forelock and mane ribbons a rust color. His detailed amber eyes have light brown shaded irises rimmed in darker brown, dark pupils with a blue glint, and eyewhites. Protected with clearcoat, has a satin finish, and high gloss eyes. Currently owned by myself. Pix coming soon!

This is a Breyer Traditional scale "Silver Lining" resin. Seams and Breyer mark sanded, hoof details carved, ears re-shaped/carved, whisker bumps added, anus sculpted, mold prepped for painting. I then airbrushed him to a beautiful shaded red sorrel/chestnut with golden undertones.  I painted multiple colors into his flaxen mane and tail. He sports three white socks with pink tinting on his pasterns and heels. Those feet have natural/shell mix hooves, while his dark leg has a brown mix hoof. All hooves have lighter perioples. His soles and chestnuts are greyish-tan. He has dark shading on his muzzle, ears, around eyes, and groin. His detailed eyes were painted with various colors and shading. I also furnished this model with shoes I handmade, complete with nail holes. His hooves have silver nail clinches. Protected with clearcoat, matte/satin finish, lightly glossed hooves and nostrils, highly glossed eyes. I currenly own this handsome model. Pix coming soon!
